Katie Parla is a walking dictionary of Roman food. She talks about it’s history with such clarity, you would think she lived it. Well she’s very much living it now. We had a wonderful time in 2013 on her Roman Cuisine in Prati and Trionfale – a 3 hour gastronomical tour of this interesting area of Rome.
